Rick McCall

In August of 1998 Scandia Auto Service hired Rick McCall as a full time technician. Rick brings with him over 18 years of Volvo dealership experience. Rick went through the union apprenticeship program while working at Smythe Volvo. He worked full time during the day and took automotive classes at night at De Anza College to fulfill the educational and work experience requirements to become a journeyman technician.
That old saying, "Like father, like son," is especially applicable to Rick because he is a second-generation technician. His father worked as a journeyman technician before retiring a number of years ago. Rickís been married for 18 years and has three beautiful daughters. Rick loves NASCAR racing, the St Louis Rams, fishing or any outdoor activity. Rickís been a great addition to Scandia because he has a can do attitude, heís energetic and always in an upbeat mood.
