Scandia Auto Service has been providing the highest quality, honest Volvo service in the Bay Area since 1989. We`re able to do this with our highly trained and experienced Staff.

To repair your Volvo our technicians require special tools specific to your Volvo. Scandia Auto Service invests in the latest factory diagnostic equipment and special tools from Volvo required to do the job right. We also have a complete set of factory technical manuals, as well as subscribe to factory service bulletins and factory tech notes. This allows us to stay current with the latest fixes and changes.

Jim Haughey, who has over 28 years Volvo experience, started Scandia in February of 1989 as the Owner/Operator of a one man show. Jim has since grown Scandia Auto Service to include:

Technician - Rick McCall, has over 29 years of Volvo experience. Rick spent over 18 years at a local Volvo dealership, where he was a Volvo Master Technician. Rick has been with Scandia Auto Service since 1998.

Service Manager - Mike Evershed, also has over 20 years of Volvo experience. Mike also has over 7 years experience at a local Volvo dealership, where he was a Volvo Certified Technician and is a ASE Certified Master Technician. Mike has been with Scandia Auto Service since 1999.

Technician - Tony Borbon, has over 5 years Volvo Experience. Tony is ASE Certified and is also a Certified Califoirnia Smog Technician. Tony has been with Scandia Auto Service since 2004.

Techncian - Patrick Jimenez, Patrick has been with Scandia since 2009.

We pride ourselves on our ability to repair or service most cars on the same day and we carry a large inventory of Volvo original equipment and OEM quality parts to insure quick and professional service!
